System is an online telehealth platform for science-backed treatments. We connect you with U.S. licensed clinicians who evaluate your health history and prescribe personalized protocols. All medications are compounded by certified U.S. pharmacies, 3rd party lab tested, and shipped directly to your door with free 2-day delivery. No insurance required, no clinic visits, no guesswork.
Yes. All System providers are appropriately licensed physicians, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants based in the United States who undergo extensive training, background checks, and NPDB (National Practitioner Databank) review. All providers practice within the scope of their licenses and in accordance with state telehealth laws.
Our clinicians prescribe medications that align with the patient’s clinical goals and presentation. This may include FDA-approved medications and compounded peptides and vitamins from certified compounding pharmacies.
Our clinicians may also provide educational information about other medication options and health products that are not available by prescription or where a prescription is not required.

We currently limit the number of patients per clinician, allowing for personalized, high-touch care. All providers review the patient’s intake, labs (if applicable), and history in depth before prescribing any clinically appropriate medications. Follow-ups and monitoring are built into our care model. Our providers will refer you to in-person care when clinically appropriate. Patients may contact their clinician at any time if they have safety concerns and are encouraged to contact 911 in the case of any life-threatening emergencies.
System is available in all 50 U.S. states. Treatment availability depends on state telehealth regulations and pharmacy licensing. Select your state during the intake flow to confirm eligibility for a given treatment.
You’ll begin with selecting a treatment then filling a detailed intake form and medical history. After review, you’ll be offered a telemedicine consultation with a provider licensed to practice in your state. If clinically appropriate, your provider may issue prescriptions to be filled by a pharmacy. Not all consultations will result in a prescription.
Some therapies require baseline lab testing. If needed, your provider will order labs for you. You may use your local lab, or we can help coordinate testing.
No. System is currently a cash-pay practice. This allows us to offer longer visits, personalized care, and innovative treatments without insurance restrictions.
System cannot offer refunds for services already rendered or prescriptions that were ordered. If you have paid for services with System and not yet received them, please reach out at support@systemlabs.com requesting a refund and we will review your request and help find a resolution. Prescription medications cannot be returned once dispensed, per pharmacy regulations.

The System clinical team is composed of experienced, U.S.-licensed physicians, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants who are thrilled to support you in your health journey. All System providers are based in the US and undergo rigorous vetting and training. They also undergo background checks, and NPDB (National Practitioner Databank) reviews and are committed to delivering safe, evidence-informed, and individualized care.
Background, including residency, education, and licensing information for each provider, is available upon request and will be displayed within your patient portal. You may also verify licenses via state medical board websites.
